How do I see a GP if I am here on holiday?

Patients who are not normally resident within the practice catchment area are treated as temporary residents.  You will need to come into the surgery to complete a temporary registration form.

You will also need to bring in a form of identification with you (ie. driving licence, other form of photo identification).
