The patient participation group (PPG) meets approximately every six weeks at the Medical Practice.

The PPG provides the doctors and practice staff with patient feedback about the service and care the surgery provides.

One of the groups aims is to build bridges between the practice and its patients.

It is the PPG’s desire to improve the patients experience in any way possible, from contact on the phone, premises, facilities and services offered by the Watton Medical Practice.

The PPG tries to represent all demographic patient groups within the community. With this in mind they would like to hear from younger patients and those from some of the ethnic groups in the town who would be interested in becoming members of the PPG.
